Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Customers Only)
This policy applies to purchases made through our U.S. store only.
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items have different return conditions:
Custom-made and personalized products – These items are returnable if they arrive damaged, defective, or if there is an error in customization.
Personal care items – These are returnable if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Klarna Purchases Disclaimer
For purchases made using Klarna, the following terms apply in addition to our standard Return & Refund Policy:

You have the right to return any item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund, for sanitary reasons.

Free postage will be provided for returns, and the return address will be included with your return instructions.

Restock fees, store credit, or exchanges are not applicable for Klarna purchases.

Refunds for Klarna purchases will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
This separate Klarna policy is designed to complement Klarna’s merchant protection policy and applies only to orders paid via Klarna.
